Helping individuals connect with their own health.

Jody has a First-Class Honours degree in Clinical Herbalism and is a registered member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists.

Growing up in the countryside within a large farming family nurtured her lifelong fascination with flora and led to a fulfilling career in floristry before choosing to delve deeper into the positive benefits nature can have on health by studying for a degree in herbal medicine.

Jody’s in-depth knowledge of plants, pathophysiology and advanced clinical skills have led her to become a passionate voice of herbal medicine and organically growing a nurturing herbal medicine clinic in Rutland, welcoming individuals who wish to address specific needs or improve overall well-being specialising in preventative medicine and metabolic health.

“I am dedicated to promoting preventative medicine, helping individuals connect with their health, and enabling them to recognise imbalances early.”

“My aim is to make herbal medicine a viable option for all, to work successfully alongside other healthcare practitioners and services aiming to bridge the gap between traditional wisdom and modern health needs.”

Alongside being a Medical Herbalist, Jody has continued her studies and is now a Lecturer and Clinic Supervisor on the herbal medicine degree course in Lincoln.
